Fiona Whyte

Fi Started dancing at the age of 4. She trained at Horsham Dancers Club, Kingston Studios

Pineapple Studios & Starlight Studios. Her repertoire includes Ballroom, Latin American, Old Time, Disco, Rock’n’Roll, Jazz, Tap, Modern & Stage dancing.

Fi has produced, directed, stage managed & choreographed numerous productions throughout the country, as well as being choreographer for various productions at The London Palladium, Theatre Royal, Sadlers Wells, Her Majestys, Indig02 & The Royal Albert Hall.

With her dance and her photography she has worked with the late Ted Rogers, Cheryl Baker, Graziano Di Prima, Nadiya Bychkova, Erin Bog, Faith Brown, Bill Buckley, Flavia Cacace, Natalie Cassidy, Brendan Cole, Mark Curry, Camilla Dallerup, Gwen Dickey, Anton Du Beke, Katy Edwards, Brian Fortuna, Anya Garnis, Gordana Grandosek, Ryan Hammond, Anna Kennedy, Pasha Kovalev, Bonnie Langford, Pixie Lott, Natalie Lowe, Andrew Lyndford, Tristan McManus, Janette Manrara, Giovanni Pernice, Oti Mabuse, Jared Mulillo, Ray Quinn, Kristina Rhianoff, Pat Sharp, Vincent Simone, Alijaz Skorjanec, Wayne Sleep, Steven Smith, Jasmine Takacs, Katya Virshilas, Jessie Wallace, lan Waite, Trent Whiddon, Dianne Buswell, Chloe Hewitt, Amy Dowden, Nancy Xu Xi and Robin Windsor.

Fiona’s photography has also given her the opportunity to photograph some incredible companies: Ballet Theatre UK, Bitter Harvest, Boadecia, Dincwear, Flawless, Italia Conti, D&B Performing Arts College, London Studios, Masters Performing Arts College, Performers College, Pineapple Performing Arts, Pole Passion, Runway House, Spirit Productions, Tiffanys Theatre College, The Centre, Wilkes Academy, Studio 79, Creative Academy, Clique College, Dancers Inc and many current West End and professional touring dancers as well as working for BBC Worldwide.

She also had the opportunity to photograph West End Shows such as Here Come The Boys, Rip It Up, Disaster The Musical, West End Bares as well as some great touring shows. Fi is also the official photographer for Main Stage at Move It, Hotshot Dance Competition, Ultimate Dance Competition, Take The Stage Dance Competition, Supreme Dance Competition, Prestige Dance Competitions, Dance Inspirations and Xcite Dance Competitions.

Fi has produced, directed and choreographed for 38 Fi Steps school show productions, over 54 West End performances, 7 European performances as well as numerous events for local theatres, fetes, charities, schools, fun events and pantomimes. Her television credits include Inspector Morse & choreographic work for Sky TV.

Fi feels very blessed to have two jobs that she enjoys that work well together. She plans on continuing the growth,

experience and knowledge through every opportunity that arises. Fi Steps gives me a real privilege to pass on my love and knowledge to the next generation. Watching students grow in ability.
