  • All parents must complete a registration form when enrolling their child, providing clear emergency contact details and any relevant medical history.
  • A copy of primary and emergency contact numbers is kept at the studio.
  • Parents are responsible for informing the school of any changes to their contact or medical details.
  • All teachers are well-versed in fire emergency procedures.
  • The school regularly conducts risk assessments of the premises.
  • A fully equipped first aid box is available on-site, and an accident report will be completed if an incident occurs.
  • In the event of an emergency, the school will contact emergency services and then notify the parent or guardian of the student involved.
  • Parents acknowledge that dance is a physically active sport, and injuries may occur. The school is not liable for injuries except in cases of teacher negligence.
  • Students are supervised during class, but parents or carers are responsible for their children’s safety in the car park and surrounding areas.
  • Students, parents, or guardians must inform the teacher of any health concerns or pre-existing injuries before participating in class.
  • Parents are responsible for ensuring their child arrives on time for classes.
  • The dress code must always be followed for safe dance practice.
  • Students should not wear any jewellery.
  • No food, including chewing gum, is permitted in the studios. Water is allowed in a capped bottle.
